Before we talk about goals or plans or what’s next — pause.

You led through a year that required courage, patience, and resilience.

Leadership can be isolating.

One of my favorite things about this time of year?
The quiet.

When campuses slow down, leaders finally get space to think about the things that kept getting pushed aside:

✔ Inconsistent messaging
✔
Consider this your official reminder:
You do NOT need to solve everything before winter break.
Rest isn’t avoidance.
It’s leadership.
