Niki Spears is a former educator and school leader who is currently writing books and sharing her message about the importance of positive culture in schools. Niki believes that culture does not begin when you step into a building, but starts the moment we are born as we begin to develop our personal culture. It’s important to understand and assess our personal culture before we can create a positive team culture aligning to the same goals and values. Niki has written three books, a non-fiction titled The Beauty Underneath the Struggle ~Creating Your B.U.S Story and two children’s books, The Hand Hug and Kindness Is Contagious Too! Niki is currently traveling and inspiring her audiences to take the pencil of life, own their story, and create their masterpiece.
